We Commit to: Transparency
Talent Savant is committed to being the most transparent talent company in the world. As our Client, this means:
All hiring fees are easy and simple to understand. Our direct placement fee is set at 10% of the candidate’s first year’s salary. Period. No suprises, no upcharges, no additional fees! Contract and RPO fees are outlined on our Fees page.
Each role "qualified" within 48 hours. If we cannot qualify your role, we will provide honest feedback about the marketplace.
After the qualification period, you make a $1000 Good Faith Deposit per qualified role.
Within 5 business days upon receiving your deposit, we present a minimum of three highly-qualified, interviewed and enthusiastic candidates.
If for any reason we cannot meet our commitment within 5 days, your deposit is refunded in full. No questions asked.
We coordinate and facilitate all interviews until you hire your candidate of choice and your offer is accepted.
The remainder of the 10% fee is due within 15 days of your hire.
If for any reason your hire doesn’t work out within the first 30 days, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or refund your entire fee, whichever you prefer.

Within just 7 business days of your request, you can have 3 qualified and enthusiastic candidates who are ready to interview.
